Focused on Wills, we have developed from our years of experience an easy process for you to prepare your wills and powers of attorney – simply make an appointment with any of our Wills lawyers to get the process started.

No need to worry about any of the details of your will before you meet with your OFRM lawyer, we will guide you through the process in that first appointment, helping you make the right decisions for your will and your family.
By the end of that meeting you will have a clear picture of what you want for your will & estate and we will be able to work with you to swiftly prepare and have you sign those important documents.
02. Estates Initial Appointment
When death casts its shadow, you want to be guided empathetically and sensitively through the steps that need to be taken to deal with the Estate of your loved one - make an appointment with any of our Estate lawyers begin the process.

If you have just experienced a loss and you need to manage or dispute an Estate for your loved one, our experienced Wills and Estates OFRM Team are ready and prepared to help you navigate your next steps.

What is legally required to occur with an estate when a person dies varies greatly:
