Mark leads the Conveyancing team at OFRM, assisting our clients with their property transactions including sales and purchases of residential and commercial property, subdivisions. Mark is also able to assist our rural clients with farm related conveyancing and water share transactions.

Tom joined OFRM’s Family Law team after completing degrees in Music and Law at Monash University. Tom enjoys working in Bendigo’s largest family law team and is able to assist you reach sensible resolutions to your family law parenting and property matters. Tom has experience giving advice and appearing in Court including at Contested Hearings in Family Violence Intervention Orders for affected family members and respondents. In 2017 Tom was elected President of the Bendigo Law Association and is now serving as Vice President.
Lachlan has recently moved to Bendigo from Melbourne with his family to become part of the Business team at OFRM.

Emily began her working career with OFRM in late 2018 and has now been admitted as a fully qualified lawyer following the completion of her Law/Science degrees in 2016. Emily is practising in the area of Wills & Estates, in the city she grew up in.
