Marika’s experience in the community including being Chair of Bendigo Heath and Ambulance Victoria and a Director of Be.Bendigo means Marika brings to her role as a family lawyer extensive commercial experience.
Sam is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law with over ten years experience who works exclusively in the area of Family Law. Sam takes pride in giving accurate and practical advice to his clients. His hard work ethic and decisiveness, honed throughout his career working with Family Law clients, means Sam is highly regarded for the work he does.
Mark leads the Conveyancing team at OFRM, assisting our clients with their property transactions including sales and purchases of residential and commercial property, subdivisions. Mark is also able to assist our rural clients with farm related conveyancing and water share transactions.

Having worked with OFRM while completing her law degree, Gabrielle Howley brings lots of local knowledge and a sensible approach to resolving Family Law matters. Gabrielle is particularly talented at guiding you to obtaining workable arrangements for your children
Tom joined OFRM’s Family Law team after completing degrees in Music and Law at Monash University. Tom enjoys working in Bendigo’s largest family law team and is able to assist you reach sensible resolutions to your family law parenting and property matters. Tom has experience giving advice and appearing in Court including at Contested Hearings in Family Violence Intervention Orders for affected family members and respondents. In 2017 Tom was elected President of the Bendigo Law Association and is now serving as Vice President.
Madeleine has been with OFRM since 2011. Starting as a legal assistant she is now a lawyer following the completion of her Law and Arts degrees in 2015 and glad to reduce travel between Bendigo and Bundoora where she studied. She has now settled to begin her career in Bendigo.
Siobhan has recently joined OFRM and and was admitted as a lawyer on 9 October 2018.
