OFRM proudly supports our Bendigo and Central Victorian community through direct community involvement and knowledge sharing to a number of organsiations, alongside our contributions using the more traditional method of sponsorship.
Community Involvement
OFRM lawyer Tom Wolff is the current sitting President of the Bendigo Law Association. The BLA as it is known aims to support it members across the region with networking and knowledge sharing opportunities.
OFRM did the groundwork to set up the McKern Foundation as a charitable organisation that benefits the health and wellbeing of Bendigo's primary school children by providing fresh fruit each Friday.
Director Marika McMahon is a founder of women.i.s.e, a group auspiced by the Bendigo Business Council to inspire, support and encourage women in all their pursuits — professional and personal. women.i.s.e provides opportunities for women to share experiences, knowledge and most importantly, a laugh, through fun social, professional and personal development events. OFRM staff regularly attend women i.s.e. events.
Sponsorship & Donations
We sponsor the LVFNL U18 Player of the Week program. The program aims to reward young footballers throughout Central Victoria.

Knowing that a strong business community helps us all, OFRM has sponsored the Be.Bendigo for several years now. Their aim is to a thriving community working to facilitate, grow and enrich business from the Greater Bendigo region. Be.Bendigo is about individuals, businesses and non-profit organisations actively contributing to a connected business ecosystem – connecting Bendigo to the world.
With a list of past players, club vice-presidents and presidents, OFRM's relationship with the Sandhurst Football Netball Club is a long-standing one that we are happy to continue.
OFRM supports Talking Justice, a Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre series of lectures held in Law Week.
OFRM sponsors Holly Beavis, player #19 of the Bendigo Women's Football Club. Holly has played all games so far in 2015 season mainly in the back pocket or on a half back flank, making a valuable contribution to the success of the team.
OFRM has close ties with United Cricket Club. Our director Mark O'Farrell is a life member and played there in the mid-80's — 90's, another director Sam McGee also played, and there are currently three OFRM staff on the teams. Joshua Ennis, Patrick Hartney and Nick Fitzpatrick.

The organisation provides a range of opportunities for local business people through engaging events that appeal to businesses of all sizes and industries. We believe that by providing networking opportunities for local organisations, we can cultivate positive professional connections that will benefit our community and, in turn, the economy.
