To speed your matter along as fast as possible we use the DocuSign platform for electronic signatures whenever possible.
(Some documents cannot be legally signed electronically.)
When we have documents that need signing by you we will send you an email that contains a link to open and sign the documents. Once you have signed, the documents will automatically be forwarded to the next signer if there is one. Once all parties have signed you will receive a copy of the signed documents. We will also have a copy that we will store for your matter.
At the end of the process DocuSign will asks if you want to sign up for a free account and store the document there. There is no requirement to do so, but you may if you wish.
