How we work a 4 day work week
Life is a juggle and we recognise our valued clients get the best support and service when our lawyers have a balanced life and are at their best. That’s why we work a 4 day week, the work we need to do happens over 4 days leaving one day a week for our team to look after themselves.
How does this work? Full time staff work 4 days for 5 days pay, and pro rata of that for our part time staff. Our team approach means there is always someone available for our clients and having a happy, content and productive lawyer is a real help for clients.
Our team is encouraged to switch off on their non-work day, but our lawyers will be flexible moving their day off if court commitments or deadlines require.
It’s just another way we look after our team who look after our clients.

Many of OFRM Lawyers commenced working with us when they were students completing their law degree.
You will collaborate with our legal teams, supporting their work through tasks like research, document creation and other projects as needed.
This opportunity will provide you with a firsthand understanding of the work of a lawyer and inspire you in your studies. We are flexible with student’s time and can work around university timetables and semester breaks.
